Help setting up my Prozor 192KHz Digital Audio Converter

Morning, I just recently purchased the Prozor Dac to have the audio from my computer play in my Edirol MA-7A monitors/speakers, I plug it in and hook it up and no sound, the light is red on my Dac but nothing else, my laptop doesn't even recognize the device, am I doing something wrong?

How is the DAC connected to your laptop?
You may need a driver if it's connected via USB.
You may need to select it or the digital connection you used as your audio device.
