Help why does it keep saying fake flash update 2blocked

Help I'm trying to acess a site for work its a site from the government and I typed it in and I closed it instantly cause Norton said fake flash update 2 blocked by Norton. Should I be worried and what do I do so I can get back into this site without having that risk attacking me?

I would suggest going to adobe.com and installing the latest flash player before trying anything else. Get it here:

Thanks but I have the latest version but should I be worried about this threat cause I looked it up and it is everywhere people are finding it a lot but I can't find an answer
