Help with connecting devices and eliminating speaker buzz?

Heres a rough sketch of how I'm currently set up.

I am getting a loud humming noise from my speakers and I can't really figure out why.

Trouble shooting steps I've taken:

Unplug everything except for computer and speaker amp (same outlet) : still makes noise
Unplug everything except for computer and speaker amp (different outlet): still makes noise
Plug Headphones directly to computer: no humming noise
Plug speaker amp into laptop instead of desktop: no humming noise

I was getting a humming noise out of my headphone amp when I had it powered by the PC via USB, but when I plugged it into the outlet instead it eliminated the noise.

Could anyone possibly give a solution/ another troubleshooting step I could take?

If you don't get any noise when you disconnect the PC from the amps then you need to isolate the audio outputs of the PC.
