do you know of the best way to test mouse accuracy?

i tried Mouse Accuracy - Mouse Accuracy and Pointer Click Training - on fast and tiny settings

tested many times over many days, and the % isn't very high

* is this normal for mouses?

you can see and test it for yourself that it's not very high
