HELP

Hello, i need help pleaseee
my phone will not turn on properly.. when i turn it on a white screen appears which usually is followed by music and blue letters that come up saying 'NOKIA' etc.. now since i turned my phone off and back on again it only stays on the white screen????? whats wrong with my phonee?

It could be one of 2 things: A hardware related issue or a software related issue. Based on the symptoms it's pretty hard to tell (I'm not familiar with Nokia's personally), but it could be that the ROM is corrupted or if the phone was recently dropped or something, it could be hardware related.

Your best bet would be to get in touch with your carrier and they can refer you to Nokia for further assistance on the matter.
