hi, can someone please suggest me a good free video editing tool which can be used for mostly used codecs and file formats( mkv h264, mkv h265 must) and with atleast 1080p( more is better) resolution videos without compromising video quality of source? also it will be awsome if i can cut and paste video clips with subtitles attached ( main source video file has external subtitle file but the after edit output video file will have integrated subtitle).
