Hi I'm Amirans n I have a laptop battery problem.

My Acer Aspire V5-471P-53314G50Mass laptop won't charge. It will only turn on if plugged in. The last time it happened I have to charge the battery for 3 to 5 days then it will charge as per normal. I don't know whether it may work this time. Please help by contacting me through , if you know where to get a replacement battery that is cheap at a shop (not online) . Thanks.

Try a different battery. If you are looking for one in a shop, no clue since you did not give your country/city , and even if posted your location it's not likely many on here are more familiar than you about where to buy things in your area. You don't know any computer shops or markets in your area?
