Highly compress files online

I want to download FL Studio software which is about 300MB in size. I have a slow capped internet. I don't want to waste my time and data in downloading this file. I tried to search for it's highly compressed version but couldn't find.
Is there any way i can myself highly compress the file and then download it?

No. You can't reach into the FL server farm, compress it, and then download it. It doesn't work that way.

Another point: Usually, download files are already compressed (hint: Try to add ZIP file to another ZIP file - you'll gain nothing), so even if you were able to do that, you still would get no benefit.

300mb is not an enormous download, smart phone updates are more these days. Go to a friend / caffee / office where you can downlad that file.
