Host a specific page in a domain on a different server

I apologize in advance if this in the incorrect section of the forums. I thought this was the most appropriate place.

Is there a way to host a specific website page (i.e. a microsite) under a domain, but host it separate from the main website?

I want to build a microsite for a friend's business, but have the website be under his domain and hosted separate from the website. The reason I simply do not create a new page within his website is because the CMS is dot net nuke (something I know little about).

So would it be possible to have a microsite hosted separately, but under his domain?

For example, having this microsite be hosted separately, but the url would look like this:
www.myfriendswebsite.com/my-micro-site

might be on a sub site.
for example. micro.myfriendswebsite.com
