sync Outlook 2007 and Hotmail pop3

Good morning,

I have several email accounts for business and personal emails. Syncing Gmail and my website to Outlook 2007 was actually easy. Hotmail is entirely different.

It seems the issue comes down to the Outgoing and Incoming Mail Servers. There are numerous different suggestions or advise from pop3.live.com to mail.outlook.com to pop-mail.outlook.com to a myriad of others.

The smtp mail server would mirror whatever it is.

The Incoming and Outgoing servers seem to be consistent at 995 and 587 respectively.

Does anyone know which Server Information actually works? Each one I use won't accept me password which tells me something is off.

Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

There is quite good Outlook/Hotmail connector add-on for Office Outlook, why not use it and forget about POP3 and SMTP which Microsoft does not openly support?

The Outlook/Hotmail Connector has not been used since Hotmail/Outlook.com/Live/MSN mail accounts were migrated to exchange

Only the mail address & password is required to set up the account, as a Microsoft Exchange, which I've done and it works.
