Outlook emails are 1 day late

Hello helpers,

I have 2 email addresses from different companies feeding mail into my MS Outlook program. One is from my internet service provider and the other is from the company that my website is posted through.
Unfortunately the emails most often come in a whole day later.
Can someone suggest why this is happening and how to fix it? I'm a sole operator business and not an IT expert unfortunately.

Has nothing to do with Outlook. E-mail is not an instant messaging service.

My only thought would be a time of day issue somewhere in the loop. Interesting!
