Hourly photo identification limit crossed

I don't have any issues with the password or email id , what has happened is , I was not having access of my primary Facebook I'd over Gmail, so I changed my primary Facebook email id but when I tried to switch it back to the previous one ,I was not receiving coad , then it asked me to change my password after changing Facebook password it landed me to automate security check and now it says hourly limit crossed , I am getting this message for past 10 hours , I don't understand what to do, I have submitted my government authorized identity card so that Facebook let me in .
Can anyone from Facebook please help me it's really urgent
