How are stock photos ending up in my photos section of SD card, android, KitKat 4.4, when I did not go to the sites or put the

Concerned that strange, stock photo were in SD card photo section, when I did not put them there. I deleted, but need to know if device compromised there

periodicaly i get the same thing (Jelly bean 4.4.2) However i just delete them and dont have any seen issues
