How can i delete something from my mobile nokia c3.

How can i delete a music folder or file from my mobile nokia c3....it doesnt have a memory card..when tried to delete the item showing remove the write protection and ty again..Please help. TIA.

is this the folder which came built in with ringtones? coz then it can't be deleted. otherwise if it is ur own folder then pls elborate what is the problem.. like folder location etc. details
