how can i duplicate headset input to two inputs

so i have a ps4 and an elgato to record the games. My setup works by connecting an aux splitter to the controller so the audio will go to my headphones, and to the elgato separately. this works fine because the sound from playstation goes to my headphones and the elgato thanks to the splitter. the only problem is i cannot use the microphone on my headset to talk in-game because the headset connects to the splitter first, and the splitter does not have a pin for mic. is there any 3.5 mm splitter that also has capabilities for headsets?

You can add splitter but the left/right channels may become mixed (left=right / right=left or another type...)

But do you know what the product is called? or do you have a link? because i have a splitter right now and it splits one stereo headphone jack to two, but it doesnt have a ring for microphone

Assuming you're using a headset with a combo jack (mic+stereo audio) you can just get a splitter for combo jacks. If you look at the actual male jack, you'll see that combo jacks have 3 rings on them while stereo/mic jacks have 2.
