I need to find out how to get back old texts from Facebook that I deleted and didn't archive

Ask facebook perhaps? And you probably can't as that is the point of deleting, what if it was the other way around, and you deleted things but they were still there, imagine the fuss most people would kick up about that.

I don't think that its possible to retrieve once deleted messages. But I think you should ask this question in Facebook forum.
