How can i make my i5 1.8ghz laptop run newer games? H1z1, 7 days to die, ark

I have a laptop i use for gaming. Play counter strike, garrys mod no problem. I was hoping i could play 7 days and h1z1 on it. Any suggestions besides butting a new rig?

Non, you can't upgrade laptop video cards aside form a certain class of higher end ones. For gaming you want to get one with an 860m/960m video card for any type of demanding games.
