How can I put pictures from my SD card to my dell laptop when the computer won't automatically open the dialogue to import pic

I am needing help getting pictures on my computer from my SD card.

 

[My Life Is Tech]

Open My Computer, navigate to the SD Card, go to the DCIM folder, and copy and paste the pictures and/or videos to whichever folder you want on your computer.
