How connect speakers

5.1.4 home theater pionner Elite Dolby Atmos and TX-NR 636 Onkyo Receiver but i dont know where they are 4 speakers Dolby Atmos connected

Pioneer Elite Dolby Atmos is a system (receiver and speakers) definition. An Onkyo Receiver would not be part of a Pioneer system. What exactly are you trying to connect to the Onkyo ?

The Pioneer receivers have places to connect 9 sets of speakers. The Onkyo only has 5 sets.

My height AVR 2 outputs Have wanted to know if there is any way to be four heights Onkyo TX-NR636 outputs to connect to System 5.1.4

I don't think so. You need a Pioneer Elite (or some other amp with additional connection) to do that.
