How do i connect my GE tv and blue ray up using a converter box ...plz help

Without makes and model numbers we can't give you an exact answer.
Blueray will have HDMI output. You can get a converter to make that component or composite video plus audio. If the GE has component video (3 RCA jacks for video) then get a converter that does that. You need an active converter. A passive cable won't work.
