Question How do i fix the issue im having that wont let me play any games

The laptop im on is a lenovo and it has windows 10 .It has an intel i3 6100u and a Intel(R) HD graphics 520.

I could run games just perfectly but then it just stopped running games and now i only get 2-12fps whit alot of lag.
even on roblox im not getting any good fps
can someone help me.if youve been through this please let me knw how you solved it.

use ddu uninstaller to remove all GPU drivers and reinstall the drivers from the lenovo drivers homepage

check the ventilation of your laptop and temperatures of your cpu and gpu while gaming
