How do I get a gamer headset with microphone to work with a plantronics handset telephone?

I have a hearing aid so I need to use a headset and mic that totally covers my ears and I want to use it with a telephone for work. The telephones are plantronics .

What adaptor do I need?

Check with whoever setup your phone at work, there are no adapters I know of that will convert a standard headset to a phone headset. Not only that, but different phones have different connections.
