Why can't you get in to your own account? If you don't know your G-mail address ask a friend you've written to and ask them, for it. If you don't know the password, put a wrong one in twice and Google will invite you to change it.

For that, you should know the answers to the securrity question when you created the account. Fail that and you have no chance of getting the contacts back.
