How do i move an entire app to my sd card on a lg vista

Hello I have an lg vista vs880 and I've been struggling with memory, I have a 36gb sd card and 8gb internal storage I have an app to clear data and I use application manager. But when I use application manager it only moves half the app to my sd card and I can't fill up my entire sd card can someone help?

Not all apps are program to allow install on sd card
