How do I prevent receiving spam/junk mail from a few different senders?

I have tried blocking, reporting for spam, deleting, even saying that it isn't my mail. None of this can prevent the massive amounts of spam I am currently receiving. To put it in perspective, I have received 24 of these spam emails in the past 8 hours http://imgur.com/udMw2Tm
The format for the emails are very odd too. The censored part (red) is my email address. Also, the email refers to me as Bob despite that not being my name. Finally, the email address in which I have received spam from has changed. It used to be '598,' but now '601' appears to be more prevalent.
So my question is, how do I prevent these emails from entering my inbox?

Your email address is on a blacklist for that company so they are going to keep sending you those.

You could get ESET Smart Security, that has some e-mail options which can protect you against spam and such.

If I don't, will they eventually leave me alone, or am I force to take action?
