How do I remove the "Send to OneNote" dialog box in OneNote 2013?

Hello.

Every time I use the "New quick note" keyboard shortcut (Win + Alt + N), a "Send To OneNote" dialog box appears as well:

Is it possible to disable this box? I have no use for it whatsoever.

A side question: Is it possible to get the old shortcut for "New quick note" - Win + N - back? Much faster.

I don't have 2013 (2007 and 2010 do not have Win-Alt-N), but what will happen if you un-check "Start with OneNote" on that dialog?

It didn't work before, but now it does! The dialog box returned every time, even though I unchecked the box every time. By the time I got around to starting this thread, I didn't bother checking. Since then, there must have come an update for my Office which fixed the problem.
