how do i reset my acer aspire 7741z-4626 back to factorysettingg w/o cd. keeps repeating restart installation.

Try to rest Acer aspire 77441z-4626 back to factory settings, but error message keeps popping even after I restart laptop. I have no CD to work with. what can I do ? Missing a file?32 bit
