How do i Reset this Nextbook

Im trying to reset my little brother nextbook but it keeps going to "Select Boot Mode", i select "Recovery Mode" and a screen with a broken android says "No Command"

he says he might have used up all the memory downloading apps (im pretty sure it's a virus)
