how do I restart my TOSHIBA satellite laptop after a reset?

I want to give away my laptop and did a reset to clean off the files. However I can't get it restarted using the 0 button. I got a message saying NO BOOTABLE DEVICE.

0 is for running Factory Recovery, is that what you want to do?
