How do I stop playstation lag without a computer. Only have a iPad?

I'm a big fan of call of duty, but when I clearly have shot someone and it doesn't even show my bullets on the replay, something is definitely wrong... I have tried everything, I just don't have a computer, only a iPad

sell your playstation and get a gaming pc, its just consoles are not as superior as the P.C

Tell us how you are connecting your PS4. Are you using wifi or ethernet? How many devices are sharing the network that you're on? What type of ISP are you using, ie cable, DSL?
