How do these laptops compare?

I am wanting to do light gaming with these on the ho (dota, CSGO).

Right now I have a Vaio VPCCW27FX (i5 520M, GT 330M, SSHD that I installed).

I am looking at this laptop: ASUS Laptop F554LA-NH51

Will this have a noticeable performance boost from my old one? Is there ANY performance increase?

No, no tangible performance benefits or negatives.

Unless you spend about $700-800 or $500 for a used system, there is no use upgrading what you have now really. The laptop you linked only has the onboard video which will not be good for games. At minimum you want a 940m class video card for low settings, 960m to start to play more demanding games even on lower settings with smooth play.
