How do u fix the white dots on your tv

Hello,
i brought a 65'' tv from Aarons 2008 my bulb went out but ther was about 200 white dots on my tv my warranty is over now if i call them to fix my tv they should fix it since i bruoght from they right with a warranty or not

I have a 73" Mitsubishi dlp 1080p and the white dots show up a month ago. I had the tv for 3 years is that how long tv is good for.
