how do you put a background on a acer windows 7

well i just got my netbook fixed but i can't put my background(wallpaper) back up! my netbook is a Acer Windows 7 starter please someone help? anyone please help! my eyes are hurting for looking o look 100 websites and downloading things but it wont work! help me please!

just righ click the imagen file , and set as background.
you can also use the windows system restauration tool, to an old saved date

You can't change the background in Windows 7 Starter Edition. It's one of the things they do so you will upgrade.
