How do you unlock locked CPU's

Everyone seems to be looking for unlocked CPU's but what if you get a locked one, is there help? How would you unlock it?

I'm not talking about pentiums cause i hear those are a dead end.

Use pencil or conductive pen to connect all of L1 bridges. It allows you to manipulate CPU's multiplier.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.

I found a .3mm mechanical pencil with HB lead worked really well, But .5mm will do if you can't find a .3mm

And oh yeah...a good magnifying glass. The kind you can
wear on your head or the kind on a stand let you keep hands free...this makes it much easier.
