How do you unlock the 7950 clock speed limit

he guys, i decide today would be the day i find my 7950's overclock limit. right now im at 1100mhz core and the 1575 mhz memory limit with 1200mV. i'm not exactly sure how you unlock the core clock slider, and i'm using afterburner.
