How do you use the update and repair utility when your phone won't come on?

Have a Kyocera Hydro Edge, got grounded from it for a week, now it won't charge or come on. How can I fix it please? Mom had it in her purse the whole week, hers is fine, but mine no.

Try to charge it from your computer via USB cable. If the phone goes on your charge adapter is for change. If nothing happens watch over the hole (clean it with needle gentle...) Mb dust or trash stuck into it and you must clean it.
If nothing of these works, your unit is for service. Good luck
