If it has a regular 6-cell battery, it should take around 3 hours. Don't forget about the first three charges, which have to be 15 hours.

Charging cycles are not true and disregard any info about them. Just charge till its 100% and call it good. Leave it plugged it unplug it and use the battery no memory effect on lithium ions. Been proven to be false so many times.
