Solved! How may I change this computer to an rgb format

Hello,
I cannot send embedded pictures through OE6. Microsoft support said to change from a cmyk to rgb format to solve the problem, however, they don't indicate how to make the change

You don't change the computer format - you change the FILE format.
Use your picture editing software to change the file from .tiff to .jpg format.
