If you are talking about setting it back to factory defaults, it may have a restore partition you can boot to that will wipe the drive and re-install the original config on it. May see a message on what key to hit when you boot, if not, check on HPs web site for the procedure for your model.

If you don't have a restore partition, you may be able to get the restore disks from HP.
