how to add streaming radio

I can't follow these instructions (http://www.tomsguide.com/faq/id-2394882/play-radio-chromebook.html) because A) I don't have a menu/gear icon on the screen, and B) a search of Settings does not find Banshee. Can anyone help?

Well that wouldn't be in settings. It is a media player, so it would be a program on the computer. If you can't find that program on your computer, then you would have to download and install it.

Do you have a Chromebook, or a regular laptop that runs Windows as an operating system? I have zero experience with Chrome OS, but I'm assuming the gear in the bottom lefthand corner is supposed to act as a "start" button, similar to the one on Windows equipped laptops. If my speculation is correct, and you don't have the gear, maybe you aren't running the Chrome operating system. And the instructions are specifically meant for Chrome OS. I dunno what else to think.
