I have a question regarding an elderly phone.
My mother in-law is an elderly woman who suffers from dementia. The condition makes her very worrisome when her husband needs to go out and so she calls him many times, but can't remember on which button to click, so she calls the danish (we're in Denmark) 118 (the service in which you can ask for a number), but it costs money here and so they end up with quite a hefty monthly bill.
We tried to talk to the customer service to which she is signed to but they don't block numbers like that one.
My question is: How can we block a number like 118 (which is in the same category as calling the police or an ambulance for example) and if there is a code to block it, can it work on that Doro phone? Thank you for your help guys!
