Ive got a 109 minute mp3 lecture on my hard drive. I use NERO. How can I burn the lecture onto a DVD as my 80 minute CD/R disk is too small? NERO only wants a CD/R to burn the audio lecture. Im sure there must be a way to do this and sorry for asking a dumb question.

Thank you.

I want to burn the mp3 onto a cd or dvd and play the audio back in my cars cd player or in my laptop dvd/cd player. Unfortunately, the file is more than 1 gb in size.

You cant play it in your car.

No way.

But, on your laptop, if you burn it onto the disk just as a data file,
You can open it and play it with any number of playback programs out there... (i.e. iTunes, Windows media Player, VLC, etc...)

The file is just too big to fit onto a conventional cd, and too big to put into a format where it can be played back. CDA, is what your Car needs and that file format is incredibly inefficient, which is why there are only 15-25 songs on a regular store-bought CD, instead of ~180
