how to connect a black web video converter to a sansui tv

I have a sansui tv , an a black web video converter so the ps4 can work. but its not connecting an I've searched up so many sites and videos , but nothing seems to be working for it. what should I do that will help?

You are trying to connect the HDMI out of the PS4 to a Sansui TV without HDMI inputs?
That converter is the reverse of the kind you need. They don't work in both directions,
You need an HDMI to AV converter.
