How to connect a broken laptop screen to an external HDMI

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 15r 5537, the screen is broken on it and will make 8 beeping sounds in addition to not booting up properly until the LCD cable is fixed. Is there any way I can disable the booting of the LCD so the laptop thinks the HDMI it's plugged into is the LCD itself?

Hi, if the cable is the problem, remove it with the screen, if you still have the same beeping, something else is broken. Meaning, without the screen you can use the HDMI port with the laptop.

So this means that I can disconnect the screens LCD, and plug the HDMI into my tv and boot normally and if everything else works it should boot up through the tv?
