How to delete wierd adware called SalePlus

I made a mistake and installed some weird adware. It is called SalePlus, basically its an extension in chrome plugs its own ads on some webpages. I uninstalled it via the control panel, found most of the files and deleted them manually, but its always in the extensions when I reopen an new window.

I was looking for a a free video editor and downloaded it by the way.

1. Download a program called MalwareBytes AntiMalware.
Here it is, run a "Threat Scan": http/www.malwarebytes.org/

2. Download CCleaner and run BOTH registry and normal cleaners: https/www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

3. Finish it off with a ESET scan: http/www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

That should clean it.

The best program for removing that type of PUP (potentially unwanted program) is adwcleaner. Be sure you download it from bleepingcomputer.com because there are fake versions that sometime appear on top of google search.
