How to disable Fn Keys ACER Travel mate P2 (TMP 259-G2-MG) laptop.

I have an ACER Travel mate P2 (TMP 259-G2-MG) laptop.
It has Fn Keys.
My work require me to use F1 to F12 keys.
I have to press both key Fn & any key from F1 to F12).
This is frustrating & time wasting. I want to use my laptop keyboard just as Desktop keys.
Please help me,

do you know how to enable the function lock on an Acer spin 5, I have tried various methods such as the FN+NumLk, but as NumLk on this computer shares a key with F12, this does not work. Any ideas?????
