how to factory reset toshiba satellite laptop model C855D-S5105

I got the laptop from somebody and do not the password to get into the laptop, also when it comes on it says windows 7 but the bottom of the laptop has a windows 8 decal on the bottom of it. So i would rather just start over with it. Rather take it back to factory status.
