How to find graphic card update

Hello,
I wanted to check out if I had any new updates for my graphic card and then went to AMD's webpage. I searched for "Radeon HD 8750M 2GB" but couldn't find anything. Then I tried the "Radeon HD 8xxxM Series" but that didn't help.
What am I doing wrong here? - Could someone help me find the newest driver for Radeon HD 8750M 2GB working on win 8.1 64-bit. Thank you in advance.

The only thing I see is AMD Catalyst Packages and Optional Downloads and I only see download underneath optional downloads, is that the newest drivers for my graphic card in there? It's just called HydraVision Package. (I'm not an expert, and this might be a dumb question 😉)

Yup, the driver is in the Catalyst package.

Is it possible to install the driver without the catalyst package?

You have a apu /cpu combo if there are any updates windows will find them your system is integrated graphics that's why you couldn't find anything.

Ah okay. So just so I understand, windows update will find the updates itself if there are any? Did I understand correctly?

Windows will you can also go to the ccc and update as well if its a crucial update windows will find it a lot of the times is there a issue with the apu at this time?

Okay. Just that when I had CCC installed, it just wanted me to go to the AMD homepage and find the newest driver myself. So I guess windows will update the driver itself if it find it necessary.

Yes also if a new ccc beta ect comes out you can always download it via amd they do a new driver about every other month or so so bookmark it and check back.

But it is not possible to get the driver without having to install CCC then? Because CCC fucked up my other computer, which is the reason I don't think I will install it.

How did it mess up your other pc? I never had any problems with it before and all my systems run radeons...

It was messing with my power profiles on the computer. Also a reason for uninstalling it from this laptop, as I need certain settings or else my computer will make a "whine" sound

well that gpu needs the driver inastalled as well and I didn't think you can install the driver without the ccc control????? The whine is probably the fan cooling the system

Does anybody know if it's possible to insure that your power management profiles are not overwritten by examplely AMD catalyst?

Install the amd ccc drivers then reboot then go back into your control panel and set power settings according to what you desire.

I tried that, but CCC overwrites it I think? When using my laptop while on battery - Then it keeps setting minimum CPU power to 100%, and thereby destroyes my battery time.
