how to fix bad sector in memory cards?

i have a 4GB CF memory card, AND now it's make me dizzy ...the photos already i take is suddenly can't copy into harddisk...but when i saw in the camera still exist...how to fix the bad sector in memory card? HELPP MEEEEEEE!!!!

If the photos still exist on the card when it's plugged into the cam, you should try and copy them onto a PC using a USB cable and not removing the card and inserting it into a card reader.
Give that a try, if it works, good, then you can remove the CF and format it.
