how to fix no boot device foundon dell inspiron 15 laptop?

the f2 f9 ctrl+alt+delet are all not workin. is there any other alternative sloution

Make sure there is no disk or USB drive in the system, reseat the hard-drive. Go into the BIOS and make sure the drive is seen as a device. If it does not work after that, remove the drive and see if it's readable using a USB enclosure. If it is, do a backup of your files and try a different hard drive, will have to install Windows on that using a restore disk.
